Mr. Hoch is also a principal of AV Properties, an affiliate of Park Drive, which specializes in multifamily properties. Over the last twenty years AV Properties has been involved in the disposition of over 5,000 multifamily units. AV also owns and operates over 400,000 square feet of retail space.
